Applied Excellence is designed as a focused bootcamp series, typically lasting 4–6 weeks around a single business-building theme. The format is live, interactive, and built to apply immediately.
Meeting Times
We meet Tuesdays at 3:00 CST and again on Thursdays at 3:00 PM CST for a repeat performance (to accommodate those that missed Tuesday's meeting).Â

Each Applied Excellence Bootcamp is built around one clear theme, with weekly tactical sessions to help you grow your pipeline, sharpen your sales skills, and drive real results.

What Applied Excellence Is Not
Applied Excellence is not intense coaching. We’re not here to chastise you, put you on the spot, or make you feel bad if you didn't do your homework.
This is a self-paced, open-invite learning environment.Â
You can show up, take notes, and stay silent if you want. If you’re curious or just want to absorb, you’re welcome. No pressure, no spotlight, no awkward breakout rooms.
Secret to Success
While this isn’t formal coaching, we have seen what makes the difference between people who just listen and people who actually grow. It comes down to three key things:Â
1. Accountability
Having an accountability partner changes everything. It’s like working out with a trainer. You show up more consistently, stay more focused, and push yourself harder. Want someone to walk through this with you? Reach out—we’ll match you with a small group of others looking for the same.
2. Time Blocking
Learning is only half the battle. You’ve got to schedule time to apply what you learn. After each session, take 10–15 minutes to write down what you plan to do—and more importantly, when you’re going to do it. Put it on your calendar and treat it like an appointment with your future business.
3. Carrot or Stick
You need motivation that goes beyond just “I should.” Whether it's a reward for doing the work or a consequence if you don’t, create an external reason to follow through. Use your accountability partner. Set a challenge. Make it real.
