Why Chase Excellence?

markpfeiffer

If I’m being honest, the reason Chasing Excellence exists is pretty simple: I’m a nerd for this stuff.
I love coaching. I love sales. I love being sold. I love the game—the chess match of figuring out what to say, how to say it, and when to ask the right question. It’s a skill, and I’ve spent the better part of my career trying to master it.

Over the last seven years, I’ve invested more than $200,000 in coaching and mentorship. I’ve gone to the seminars. I’ve read the books. I’ve been coached, trained, stretched, and challenged. And after a while, you start to realize something:

It’s all the same stuff.
The frameworks are the same. The tactics recycle. And the core truths about growth and execution don’t really change. What does change, and what makes the difference, is who you’re learning from and who you’re learning with.

That’s why Chasing Excellence was born.

Chasing Excellence won't offer “new secrets.” We're here to create a space where A-Players can grow together, sharpening each other, sharing what works, and getting a little more clarity on what it means to live with purpose.

A few years ago, I stepped out of coaching and into mentorship. For me, coaching is accountability. Mentorship is guidance. And over the course of a four-month journey digging into my own purpose, mission, and legacy, I landed on something that now drives everything I do:

My mission is to inspire and empower growth in A-Players so they can live their sole purpose and pay it forward.

That mission shows up in how I raise my kids, how I lead my team, and why this community exists.
Because I believe that when people have clarity - about who they are, what they’re called to do, and how to go chase it - they become dangerous in the best possible way.

Iron sharpens iron.
And when we show up for each other, we all get better.

So if you’re here, whether you’re brand new to the community or just checking it out, I want you to know:
You don’t have to do this alone. If there’s anything we can do to support you, whether you're a member of the community or not, reach out to us. We’re here to help.

Let’s keep showing up.
Let’s keep growing.

Keep Chasing Excellence.
