About Call Star Club

At Chasing Excellence, we’re proud to invite you into the Call Star Club - a free, open, come-as-you-are community for Loan Officers, Realtors, and other sales pros who want to win the day before noon. It’s simple: we show up, we talk strategy, and we spend two focused hours making phone calls together. 

 

How It Works

You show up, keep your camera on, and we kick things off with a quick 10-minute conversation about the day’s theme. We discuss who to call and what to say. Then, mics go on mute, cameras stay on, and we all start dialing. It’s two full hours of focused prospecting. 

Meeting Times

We meet every weekday, Monday through Friday. We Zoom in and dial out. We have two different "start" times - even though it's a come-and-go meeting. The different start times are to accommodate schedules (and time zones)

Meeting Structure 

The Call Star Club is a come-and-go meeting that is divided in two sessions. The breakdown looks like this: (All times are CST).

8:30 AM - We kick off with a quick rundown of the day’s theme and offer some ideas, scripts, and tips. 

8:40 AM  - Mics off, cameras on, and we start dialing. 

10:30 AM - Session 1 ends and Session 2 folks join. Sessions 1 shares results, celebrates wins, and complete the call log. Afterwards, Session 2 discusses theme, scripts, etc.. 

10:45 AM - Mics off, cameras on, and we start dialing. 

12:30 PM – Session 2 concludes. We shares results, celebrate wins, and complete the call log.

Most Loan Officers prospect less than 30 minutes a day (if that). Two hours of focused calling will change your business—fast. We've seen it happen over and over again.

Call Log: Measure What Matters

Every day, we ask you to log four quick stats:

  • Total dials made

  • Number of people talked to

  • Leads generated (includes new appointments set)

  • Time spent dialing

Just choose a nickname (e.g., "MP2595"). You can view your stats and track your progress alongside others. It’s not a competition but the scoreboard doesn’t lie.

This page shows your daily call activity—dials, talk-to’s, time spent, and leads generated—alongside everyone else in the Call Star Club. You’ll see your personal conversion rates (like leads per talk-to and how often you ask for the business) and compare them to the group average. It’s not about competition—it’s about clarity, consistency, and growth.
